You can give your staff members/office managers their own logins to your Genbook account, and assign them limited access/edit rights. That way, your staff can update their schedules, clients, and other settings, while you maintain ultimate control of the account. To do this you will use the staff Access Rights option.

1. Select Settings

2. Select Staff

3. Click on a staff name

4. Select Access Rights

5. On the Access Rights page enter the staff member’s email address, and make sure the top box on the page is checked. 

6. Next, choose what you allow her to see and, more importantly, edit in your Genbook account. If you only want your staff member to be able to view and edit her own appointments and calendar, then you can leave just the top box on the page checked and save your changes at the bottom of that page. Otherwise, you have a number of options — from limited to full viewing and editing permissions — under “Additional access rights”. Grant or restrict access to other staff members’ calendars, client reviews, client payment details, and the Customers tab, as well as the ability to change one’s own and your business’s settings.

7. Your staff member will receive an email with a link to set a password. Once the password is created they can log in from the Genbook website or on their mobile device using the Genbook Manager app

TIP: If that initial password setup email is lost or doesn’t reach your staff member, she can always go to the Genbook login page and click “Forgot password” in order to be sent a password reset email.

Even if you grant your staff members the highest level of access, there will still be areas of your account they are prevented from accessing and certain changes they won't be able to make. Staff logins do not grant access to the Analytics tab, for instance. Also, someone logged in as a staff member cannot edit your account's payment information.
